If your PC breaks, don't panic. There are many symptoms. Perhaps it just won't turn on? An error message comes up? Windows won't even start? Your new printer just refuses to be recognised by the PC no matter which USB port you try?

Let me do the worrying for you. Most problems can be repaired in an hour. My callout charge includes the first hour of labour and costs just £40 (that includes VAT).

I will be able to tell you immediately if the job will take longer than an hour and will always be honest about my labour charges. After the initial hour labour is charged at £20 p/h. I will not stray into the second hour without informing you first.

In some cases it may be necessary for me to take the PC away in which case you will not be charged a transportation fee.

You will be liable for parts, however nine times our of ten I find most problems are usually software related rather than hardware. If you wish to source the parts yourself and have me fit them I am more than happy to do this. I do not place an excessive mark up on parts and will usually buy at trade or in bulk. It's unlikely you'll be able to source them cheaper.
